Frameless Glass Showers

Juralco frameless glass showers are custom made to fit exact design requirements and are especially suited to modern bathroom settings. Available as a shower enclosure with fixed returns, fixed shower screen panels, or bath screens, all Juralco frameless screens are complemented by high quality components including hinges and handles, produced from brass or stainless steel.

Scope

Frameless glass showers are especially suited to modern bathroom designs in quality homes and hotels. 

Limitations on Use
  • The shower enclosure is non load bearing

Performance

All glass is toughened to NZS 4233 Part 3 for human impact requirements and the hinge systems provide for 6mm, 8mm or 8mm glass thicknesess. Although most enclosures are specially built to suit the designers requirements there are restrictions relating to door and glass panel sizes. All designs must be checked to ensure compliance with regulations.

Most hinges have a cam action which allows the door to swing open and to self close from 20 degrees.
